The Hope of a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka to scale through the Legal Process at the Upper Area Court was dashed on Friday 23rd September 2016 as Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako did not show up in Court.
Barr J.U Ajii,the Counsel to Rev Paul Emeka has prepared today to receive the ruling wether or not the Upper Area Court will Stay Proceedings,but shocking enough the Presiding Judge Justice Umar Yusuf Kargako did not show Up at the resumed sitting of the Court Today.
No Specific Date was choosen as the Next Adjourned Date due to Disagreement by Counsels to both Parties.
But PUO REPORTS exclusively gathered that the Court will on Monday decide the Specific Date the Matter will Come Up in the Court.
Paul Emeka’s Lawyer has been parading an Ex parte Order granted by Justice K.N Ogbonnaya of an FCT High Court since June 2016,but unfortunately that Order has not been allowed at the Upper Area Court
