The Bayelsa State Governorship election petition Tribunal has few Minutes ago upheld the election of Seriake Dickson as Governor of Bayelsa State.
Timipre Sylva of the APC had gone to the Tribunal after loosing the December 5th 2015 and January 9th Governorship election in Bayelsa State.
The Tribunal ruled that there were no evidence that election took place in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area on the 5th of December as claimed by Mr Sylva
