The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has issued Certificate of Return to the Governor Elect of IMO State Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha.
It will be recalled that Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha had defeated Uche Nwosu of the AA,Hope Uzodinma of the APC and Senator Ifeanyi Araraume of the APGA to emerge as Governor.
