Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has declared that his administration will restore the Brick House building in Government House, Port Harcourt to its original state.
Speaking at the weekend, Governor Wike said that the restoration works will be carried out diligently by the contractors.
He supervised the ongoing restoration work alongside Deputy National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus and the Rivers State PDP Chairman, Bro Felix Obuah.
The governor also said that his administration resolved to construct a befitting chapel for Christian Worship within the premises of the Government House.
The construction work has commenced with the contractor, Julius Berger Plc already involved in preliminary development.
