Abia State Governor Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu on Saturday Commissioned the permanent Head Office of The Abia State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (ASOPADEC).
The Governor also inspected the building of the Zone 9 Police Headquarters Umuahia,the Amauzukwu relief Market in Umuahia.
