7th Abia Assembly, Disciple in the Fight Against Discrimination of People Living with HIV/AIDS – Abia Speaker

Speaker of Abia State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Chinedum Enyinnaya Orji, has said that the 7th Abia State House of Assembly is a strong disciple in the fight against stigmatization of people living with HIV/AIDS.

The Speaker said this on Wednesday at the Michael Okpara Auditorium, Government House, Umuahia, during the public presentation of the book titled “SURMOUNTING STIGMATIZATION IN THE CAMPAIGN AGAINST HIV/AIDS” authored by Comr. Ugochukwu Nwankwo.

The Speaker who was represented at the book presentation by the lawmaker representing Obingwa West State Constituency, Hon. A.C.Thomas Nkoro, said that the Abia State House of Assembly would continue to appropriate funds for the fight against HIV/AIDS.
