Fiery Gospel Preacher and the General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor has Lifted the Suspension and Curse meted on Noah Udoetok the human founder of the Church in Nkwot in Etim Ekpo LGA of Akwa Ibom State by Rev Williams Lloyd Shirer an Assemblies of God Missionary in the early 30s.
Lifting the suspension,Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor said that since the people of Nkwot has genuinly repented and asked God for Forgiveness,there was need to lift the suspension and curse which had affected the People of Nkwot and Assemblies of God Nigeria in Akwa Ibom State
“I want to announce on behalf of the Executive Commitee of Assemblies of God Nigeria.
I stand by the authority of the word of God,backed up by the Constitution of Assemblies of God Nigeria, with the grace that we carry,by the Anointing that has sustained this Church from beginging till Now that the Suspension Meted on Noah Udoetok the human founder of the Church in Nkwot in Etim Ekpo LGA of Akwa Ibom State by Rev Williams Shirer an Assemblies of God Missionary in the early 30s has been Lifted”
The event was witnesses by the Assistant General Superintendent of the church Rev Pastor Ejikme Ejim,the Generl Treasurer Rev Vincent Alaje,the General Secretary Rev Godwin Amaowoh,members of the Executive Commitee of the Church and some Superintendents in Akwa Ibom State.
The man of God clearly stated that what separated Assemblies of God Nigeria from other pentecostal churches is the spirit of discipline which the church had maintained since it creation in 1934 till Date
