Nigeria’s first satellite television broadcast, Africa Independent Television, AIT barred from covering federal government’s unveiling of 2020-2025 broadband plan by President Muhammadu Buhari.
AIT reporter and cameraman kicked out of the venue following what security operatives say are “orders from above”.
The unveiling ceremony is organised by Nigerian communications commission, NCC and federal ministry of communications and digital economy.
