The Portharcourt Division of the Court of Appeal this morning failed to sit to consider the Appeal brought by the sacked 22 APC Local Government Chairmen in Rivers State.
The reason behind the failure of the Appeal Court,PUO REPORTS Learnt was due to the inability of the court to form a quorum over the matter.
As of the time of filling this Report,a new date has not been fixed for the matter
