The Abia State Election Petition Tribunal Sitting In Umuahia was thrown into confusion yesterday during the cross examination of the State Agent of the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) in the April 11th and 25th Governorship Poll in the State.
PUO REPORTS gathered that during the cross examination of Barr.Emmanuel Nweke,the APGA Senatorial Candidate for Abia Central who also was the State Agent of APGA during the Governorship Election in Abia State,it was discovered the contrary to the general belief,Barr.Nweke Never studied Law,nor was called to the Bar in Nigeria,America and London.
Barr.Emmanuel Nweke was testifying as one of the witness brought by the All Progressive Grand Allaince(APGA) to buttress its stand that elections were rigged in Osisoma,Ugwunaba,Obingwa and Aba North/South in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
When asked by Counsel to the Respondents when he was called to the Nigerian Bar,Barr.Nweke did not give a cojent answer to that questions,instead he claimed he is a member of Inner Temple In England
