The two time visit by the Rivers State Governor to the Chief Justice Of Nigeria,Justice Mahmud Mohammed has divided the Government and the Rivers State Chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP).
While the Special Assistant to Governor Wike on media was telling the public that the visit of his Boss was to arrange for the renewal of the Tenure of the state Acting Chief Judge, Justice Daisy Okocha,the State PDP through its Assistant Publicity Secretary Mr.Samuel Nwanosike stated that the visit of the governor to the Chief Justice Of Nigeria was to thank him for directing the Bayelsa state Cheif Judge to conduct the swearing in ceremony of Governor Nyesom Wike on MAY 29th.
Recall that yesterday news filtered in that the Rivers State Governor Barr.Nyesom Wike paid an uninvited visit to the CJN,but the Cheif Justice of Nigeria through his media department denied that he met the Rivers State Governor.
