Akwa Ibom state Governor Mr.Udom Emmanule has order the men of Akwa Ibom state Police Command to Locked up staff of Ibom Airport for protesting against Him.
PUO REPORTS Gathered that the Staff of the airport were protesting over their deployment to state Ministries without compensation from the Akwa Ibom state Government.
It will be recalled that Akwa Ibom state Governor Mr.Udom Emmanuel had deployed staff of the Ibom Airport located in Onna Local Government areas of the state to other ministries.
One of the affected staff who spoke with PUO REPORTS Frowned over the refusal of the state Governor to pay the compensation,instead the governor asked men of the Police force to torture them.
Reacting to the developemnt,the Governor justified his action,saying that the protest embarked upon by the staff were posing security risk in the state and must continue to be in the custody of the Police
