The following Commissioner nominees are requested to submit their five (5) passport photographs and 35 office files containing photocopies of their detailed curriculum vitae,academic credentials and latest TAX CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE (2016,2017 and 2018).
The nominees are also requested to submit the above mentioned on or before 20th September, 2019.
