President of Masters Energy and one of the contestants of Abia state PDP primaries Dr.Uchechukwu Sampson Ogah has reacted to a report credited to an Online Newspaper known as Abia Facts Newspaper allegedly funded by Dr.Alex Oti which stated that the attack on Okezie Ikpeazu and his campaign team was masterminded by Angry Youths of Uturu over the injustice done to their Son.
Promise Uzoma Okor had reported that on Wednesday that Okezie Ikpeazu campaign team was attacked on their way to Uturu where 3 of their campaign buses were damaged. Okezie Ikpeazu campaign team had accused the APGA candidate in the state Dr.Alex Oti of sending thugs to attack them,a media aide to Ikpeazu Mr.Enyinnaya Appolos had through his facebook wall accused Oti of the attack .But Otis campaign Organisation quickly denied the report and cited it on same publication made by Abia Facts Newspaper which accused Ogah of masterminding the attack.
But reacting to the report, the spokeperson of Abia Rejoice campaign Team Mr.Demian Ifeanyi Igbokwe denied the reports and accused the media of playing a script of their paymaster. According to a copy of the statement made available to PUO BLOG. Ogah said the media house are sheep in wolves clothing who wanted to tarnish the image of Ogah who is known as a good party Man.
He went further to state that there is no way Ogah will send thugs to his party, a party he has invested so much money and remains a law abiding party man even after the results of the Abia PDP primaries was manipulated to favour the Governors anointed candidate. He urged Abians to disregard the story as it was aimed at tarnishing the image of his principal.
It will be recalled that since after the Primary Uche Ogah has not publicly stated any of his position but urged his Fans to remain faithful and vote the PDP in Abia state. Ogah who few days ago donated 5Million to Abia state PDP in support of President Good luck Jonathan Re Election bid has maintained his loyalty to the PDP since after the December 8 Primaries of the PDP.
