The River state Governor  Rotimi Amaechi has succumbed to pressure mounted by the General overseer of Omega Power Ministries OPM worldwide Apostle Chibuzor Chinere over the 500 plots of Land which the church purchased between Aluu Community to Rukpokwu area in Obiakpor L.G.A of the state.

Recall that Promise Uzoma Okoro had reported last Sunday that the General overseer of OPM Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere gave Amaechi seven days to return the land which the Government seized from the Church or else heavy tragedy will befall him. Apostle Chibuzor who spoke at the Church Headquaters at Eliozu Bye Pass in Portharcourt when the PDP flagbearer Barr.Nyesom Wike visited the church to thank God for the success of the parties Presidentail Rally in Portharcourt.

The clergy told his congregation that River state Governor has refused to release the over 500 plots of land that the church acquired with Market woman, bricklayers Money. He went further by asking his church member to pray against Amaechi so that he can return their Land. Apostle Chinyere went further to tell the PDP candidate that he is the next Governor of the state.

A member of the church who spoke to Promise Uzoma Okoro today said that the River State Government has release the land back to the church but there was a clause on the letter written to the church by the Government. PUO gathered that the clause was that the church can go ahead and develop their land but that there will be no Parking Space on its Building Plan.

PUO gathered that this clause was not accepted as the General Overseer of the church Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere asked the church to keep praying against Rotimi Amaechi until he removes the clause the prayers against Amaechi lasted for 1hr 30minutes.

It will be recalled that Amaechi has been seeking for prayers from the Abia Born man of God but the relationship teared apart when the General Overseer submitted 15 names for  appointment as commissioners in the state which never went well with Amaechi who said the list was too much coming in from one person.
