Men of the Nigerian Police arrested miscreants in a J5 Peugeot vehicle conveying already thumb printed ballot papers to an undisclosed location.
The head of the security team displayed to Newsmen ballot papers in their millions that had the section for APC and Mohammadu Buhari already thumb printed.
The miscreants claimed that they are working under the orders of Mohammadu Buhari and Rotimi Amaechi.
