Thousands of APC members in Rivers State at the early hours of Wednesady took to the major streets of portharcourt jubilating in what they tagged victory for their amiable leader Chibuike Amaechi.
PUO gathered that although the state government imposed a dusk to dawn curfew in the state,that didnt deter the APC faithfuls from celebrating the victory of their party.
