The Rivers State Governor Barr.Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has condemed the decison of the President of Nigeria Mohammadu Buhari to single out only Former President Goodluck Jonathan and those who served under him for Probing.
Wike a Former Chief Of Staff during the First tenure of Former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi,a Former Minister of state For Education and finally Minister of Education before he was declared winner of the April 11th Governorship Poll in Rivers State.
Wike spoke yesterday through his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity Mr.Opunabo Christian Inko-Taria,Wike said the President is moving to witch-hunt some perceived enemies during the 2015 electioneering period.
“It is wrong for the President to single out those who served under Jonathan’s Government for Probing,this move is aimed at witch-hunting some perceived enemies during the electioneering Period”
Wike’s outcry may not be unconnected with the destruction of some vital documents at the Federal Ministry Of Education complex in Abuja
