Barely 48hrs after a Federal High Court Sitting in Portharcourt the Rivers State Capital dismissed the suit filled by Former Governor Of Rivers State Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi over the powers of the judicial panel of enquiry set by the Rivers State Governor To Investigate his administration,the Panel has invited former Commissioner of Agricluture Mr.Emma Chindah.
Emma Chindah’s invitation was made known by the Secretary to the Judicial Panel Of Enquiry Mrs.Queen Goodwin.
The Former Commisioner of Agriculture is to tell the Panel on its inaugural sitting on Monday how over N4bILLION Agricultural loan was disbursed by the Amaechi Led Administration
