NO PLOT CAN REMOVE WIKE…Rev.Uma Ukpai was right.
Politics not Religion is the true opium of Nigerian Pastors.
Karl Marx had defined Religion as the opium of the masses, but I beg to differ considering the fact that rather than the church feed politicians with the WORD of GOD, the political class now feeds the church with the WORD of MEN.
Sadly, those who should preach true salvation with repentance are now paid like Balam to curse political opponents of their new paymasters.
A whopping N150m for a revered Man of God to make a declatory speech in the house of God over politicians he barely knows. Beclouded by sentiments and excited by a new found financier of a robust lifestyle, he is quick to condemn the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which allows candidates in an election to seek justice at the tribunal.
I hear the prayer is that any PLOT against Gov. Wike will not remove him from office. That’s true. No plot can remove him now, but a PETITION can remove him!
On this submission, I beg to agree with Rev. Uma Ukpai.
Take note cause tomorrow, he will defend his position during that church service that what he said was a Plot and not a Petition. Those who know him will attest to the fact that he knows how to play with words.
