As the Rivers State Governorship election Tribunal continues in its entertainment of Witness testifying on behalf of the Governor candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) in Rivers State Dr.Dakuku Peterside,a staff of the Independent National Electoral Commision(INEC) has opened another can or worm.

Mr.Okoye Charles,the Head,Election and Party Monitoring told the Justice Mohammed Ambrosa led Tribunal Panel Friday that the election which brought Governor Nyesom Wike to powere was marred by warefar,militant terror,a sham and kangaroo election,large scale of Violence and disruption of polls.

Mr.Okoye continued,he told the Tribunal that shooting and allocation of figures and all manner of impunity was what he saw duing the April 11th Governorship election in Rivers State.
Recall that yesterday over 5 Different Army Generals also revealed to the Tribunal that the election that took place in Rivers State was marred with Violence.

*my name Is Mr Okoye Charles.
*Am a civil servant with INEC.
*I was the head INEC election monitoring team for Rivers State.
*I lead three other INEC National officers to monitor elections in Rivers State.
*I was subpoenaed through the commission by this tribunal to testify
*He’s report is tendered, admitted and marked as exhibit.
* He said he monitored election in Eleme, Obio Akpo, khana, Tai, Gokana, and phalga..
*Mr Okoye Charles said he is INEC ad-hoc staffs were not properly trained.
*He said SPOs all switched off there phones on election day.
*He said election materials were distributed to the state, local government but not at the ward level.
*INEC monitoring team said election only held in Eleme local government and APC won according to there reports.
*He said election in Rivers State was like a warfare…
*There were gun shots every were..
*He said it will be unpatriotic if anybody say there were elections in Rivers State.
*He said his report is an authentic INEC certified report.
*He said any other report on Rivers election other than his is fake.
*He said the police looked away while the PDP thugs catered election materials away and hard a field day.
*He said security was highly compromised
