The Rivers State Governorship Election Tribunal Sitting in Abuja this morning adjusted the time frame for both the petitioner and the respondents to present their witnesses as hearing continuous.

Justice Mohammed Ambrose and his Panel this morning reduced the time for Dakuku Peterside of the All progressive Congress(APC) who is the petitioner to present his witnesses to 10days,while Governor Nyesom Wike and the Independent National Electoral Commision(INEC) are to make use of 6days each totally 12days to present their own witnesses.

The Tribunal Judge Justice Ambrosa while writing the new modification order,maintained there is need to observe timing constraints in order to help the Tribunal deliver Judgement before the 180 days as stipulated in the electoral act elapses.

And Respondents 6 days” the Judge Ruled
