The National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Umuahai the Abia state capital has Nullified the Abia South Senatorial Election that brought Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe to power.
Chris Nkwonta of the All Progressive Grand Allaince(APGA) has gone to the Tribunal seeking for a nullification of the March 28th Senatorial election which took place at the Abia South Senatorial District.
Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe is a three time Senator who has been Represnting Abia South SENATORIAL DISTRICT at the National Assembly,he was among those who stormed the Abia State Governorship Result Collation center last May
The Tribunal ordered a rerun in two Local Governments
