The court of Appeal sitting in Portharcourt has adjourned till December 1St 2015 for hearing on the Appeal brought by the Sacked 22 Elected APC Chairman.
PUO REPORTS learnt that the decision to Adjourned the matter by the presiding Judge was because the APC Lawyers failed to notify the lawyers to the Rivers State Government.
