The National Judicial Commision has dismissed Justice Lambo Akanbi,the Judge who gave the July 9 2015 Judgement that sacked the 22 Local Government Chairmen elected on the platform of the APC in Rivers State,PUO REPORTS exclusively Learnt.
His dismissal was contained in a letter sent yesterday by the National Judicial Commision.
Recall that Justice Lambo Akanbi of the Federal High Court sitting in Portharcourt was accused by the 22 APC local government Chairmen of collecting N100 Million from governor Nyesom Wike to sack them from office.
The Njc Investigated the accusation after Justice Akanbi delivered the Controversial judgement which ordered the 22 APC chairmen to vacate office,and found it to be true
