The Court Of Appeal Sitting In Enugu has nullified the election of the Senator representing Anambra Central in the Senate Senator UCHE Ekwunife and ordered a rerun within 90Days.

Victor Umeh of the All Progressive Grand Alliance(APGA) had proceeded to the Court of Appeal sitting in Enugu challenging the verdict of the Anambra State National Assembly election petition Tribunal which had earlier upheld the election of UCHE Ekwunife of the PDP.
The five man Panel of Appeal Presided over by Justice Datijo Yahaya said the overwhelming evidence brought before themproved that PDP’s Senator was not validly elected.
