The Court of Appeal sitting in ABUJA has nullified the election of Senator Olaka WOGU,the Senator representing Rivers South East in the National Assembly.

Magnus Abe of the APC had Appealed the judgement of the National and state Houses of Assembly election petition Tribunal which had earlier upheld the election on its judgement.
The court ruled that evidences provided by the Appellate is enough to prove that the election conducted by INEC in the area was not in compliance with the electoral guideline.

INEC was ordered to conduct a fresh election within 90days
