Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Bayelsa State Chief Timipre Sylva has concluded plans to file a petition at the Bayelsa state Election petition tribunal following the emergence of Governor Seriake Dickson as the winner of the December 5 2015 and January 9 Supplementary governorship election in Bayelsa State.
Chief Sylva, a former Governor of the state disobeyed the instruction by the National Leadership of the All Progressives Congress to step down from the Governorship race.
