An Enugu High Court has declined to entertain an Application filed by Rev Nathan Udeze,a Former National Youth Director of Assemblies of God Church Nigeria seeking an order to commit the General Superintendent of the Church Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor and the Executive Commitee to Prison.
Nathan Udeze,a notorious Tout parading as a Man of God and others in the same of his category had filled an Application at An Enugu High Court seeking a purported order for the General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Church Nigeria Rev Dr Chidi Okoroafor and the EC members of the Church to be committed to Prison.
But at the sitting today,the Presiding Judge Justice Anthony Onovo declined jurisdiction to hear the Fraudulent Application filed by Nathan Udeze and Others praying that the Executive Commitee of Assemblies of God Church Nigeria and other registered Trustees of the Church to be sent to Jail.
PUO REPORTS Gathered that the Court refused to hear the matter because it was not contained in the cause List,paving way for it to be adjourned Sine Die because the matter was already pending at the Court of Appeal.
Nathan Udeze is a staunch follower of the Former General Suppritendnt of Assemblies of God Church Nigeria Rev Dr Paul Emeka who was suspended for taking the Church to Court which is against the Doctrine and Bye Law of the Church
