The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Hon Sam Ogeh of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) as winner of the Emohua State House of Assembly Rerun.
Sam ogeh of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) scored 13612 votes to defeat his closest rival and the candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC) who scored 5413 votes
