The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) has arrested the former Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Rivers State Dame Gesilah Khan.
A source who told PUO REPORTS over the development on the Condition of Anonymity stated that Dame Gesilah Khan was arrested over N700million alleged to have come from the proceeds of her Compromise during the 2015 General Election in Rivers State

Recall that Gesilah Khan was accused by the Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress in Rivers State of taken Millions of Bribe from the current Rivers State Governor Barr Nyesom Wike to rig the elections in favour of the Peoples Democratic Party
