The Rivers State Election Petition Tribunal on the March 19 Rerun National and State Assembly elections has been moved from Portharcourt the Rivers State Capital to Abuja the Federal Capital Territory.
PUO REPORTS learnt that the relocation of the Tribunal is hinged on security threats on Judges who will be handling the various petitions from candidates against the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC)
All Candidates who were dissatisfied with the outcome of the March 19 Rerun election in Rivers are now to fill their Petition in Abuja
