Handset Dealers in St Michaels Road Aba,Abia State yesterday watched officials of the “Aba Urban Renewal (A.U.R)” led by Dr. Engr. Solomon Ogunji in conjunction with ‘Abia State Market Development Committee (ASMDC)’ led by Hon. Solomon Nwaigwe bring down their Shops.
PUO METRO gathered that the action was in line with the traders’ refusal so far to relocate their business to ‘Aba Mega Mall’ sited at Osisioma where Abia State Government have constructed an International standard trading complex for them

PUO REPORTS Recalled that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu had last Month ordered the Electronics,Phone Dealers in Ariaria,St Michaels Road,New Market,Cemetry to relocate their businesses to the ABA MEGA mall within 90days or face forceful eviction.
That Ultimatum had expired which prompted the action by officials of the state Government
