After the 2015 National Assembly election in Rivers State which saw Senator Osinakachukwu Ideo,Senator Olaka Wogu and Senator George Sekibo all of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) victories,candidates of the APC rejected the outcome.
Magnus Abe,Otelemaba Amachree and Andrew Uchendu all of the All Progressive Congress dragged the three Newly elected Senators and INEC to the Rivers State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja,which yet again they all lost to the PDP Senators.

It was at the Court of Appeal,in a shocking manner that the Election of the PDP Senators were all Nullified and fresh one Ordered withing 60 -90Days from 8 and 9th December 2015.
INEC Violated that order when it failed to conduct the National Assembly Rerun after the expiration of the 60 -90 Days as directed by the Court of Appeal.
Finally on the 19th of March,the Independent National Electoral Commission conducted the National and state Houses of Assembly elections in Rivers State.
Results were collated and announced at various Units,Wards and Local Government Collation centers across the 23 Local Government Areas in Rivers State,but the Independent National Electoral Commission has refused to declare results which outcome had already by made public .

Results from Rivers West Senatorial District had already been announced at the Unit,Ward and Local Government Areas and on record election was neither disrupted nor cancelled in the Area during the March 19th Rerun in Rivers State.
Why this wickedness against the good people of Rivers State by INEC?
Is INEC Under Prof Mahmud Yakubu still Independent or has it turned to a remote controlled by political parties.
INEC should declare the Senatorial Districts election in Rivers State,because it is an injustice for Rivers State not to have a voice at the SENATE
