The Trial of Rev Dr Paul Emeka,the EX-Communicated Former General Superintendent of Assemblies of God Nigeria over Certificate Forgery will resume Tomorrow at the Upper Area Court in Gudu,Abuja
Justice Umar Yusuf Kargarko of the Upper Area Court had adjourned till on the 5th of May 2016 to rule on the Application seeking for stay of Execution pending the outcome of the Appeal Rev Dr Paul Emeka filed against the Order by the court for the Nigerian Police Force to arrest and produce him for Trial
But on the 5th of May,the matter was later moved till the 25th of May 2016,which is Tomorrow
There are strong Indications that the Inspector General of Police Mr Solomon Arase may have bowed to various protests over how he has been handling the matter regarding the forgery case against Rev Dr Paul Emeka
It is not yet clear to PUO REPORTS if the Police will produce Paul Emeka to Court tomorrow,but a source at the Force Headquarters confided to us that Paul Emeka may be taken to the force headquaters for Interrogation
