The Osisioma High Court Yesterday adjourned the case between Governor Okezie Ikpeazu and the President of Masters Energy Dr Uchechukwu Ogah until 25th July, 2016.
The adjournment was carried out because the counsel to Uche Ogah, Chief JO Nnadi failed to serve the Abia State Chief Judge the Justice Abang Okon of Abuja Federal High Court ruling. Meanwhile, Rt. Hon Acho Nwakanma who duly participated as an aspirant during the December 2014 Abia PDP Gubernatorial Primary election today file an application to be joined as a party in the case. According to the counsel to Rt. Hon Acho Nwakanma, his client duly participated, signed the result sheets therefore certified all the PDP guidelines for the December, 2014 primary election held in UMUAHIA township stadium
