The President, First Ministry International, Lagos, Bishop Isaac Idahosa, has asked the All Progressives Congress to stop trading blame over the problems confronting the country.

The cleric said rather than blame the country’s woes on the immediate past government of the country, the party should work hard to deliver on its promise of change.

Idahosa, however, commended the ongoing anti-corruption war, noting that it was the right step to reposition the country.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the cleric said, “All we need to do as a people is to be good followers. I support holding the Federal Government accountable so they could be on their toes. As it is just one year that the APC has been in power, Nigerians should exercise patience with President Muhammadu Buhari.

“I just want them (APC) to stop apportioning blame and face the realities on the ground. They should give us the dividends of the change they promised.”

While appraising the President’s performance, the cleric urged the Federal Government to quickly evaluate the position of the country and communicate hope to Nigerians.

According to him, although President Buhari has good intentions to reposition the country, many people around him are misleading him.
