As the November 27th 2016 Draws Closer,Rev Yakubu Pam ,a former Minister of Assemblies Of God who was Suspended and Dismissed alongside with Chief Paul Emeka,secretly met with Kanu Godwin Agabi(SAN) the Led Counsel of Assemblies Of God Nigeria,begging him to abadon the Case.
Kanu Agabi(SAN) a respecter Lawyer is a Former Attorney General Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria and the Led Counsel to Assemblies Of God Nigeria on the matter pending before the Supreme Court which has been slated for hearing on November 27th 2016.
Investigation by PUO REPORTS has revealed that Rev Yakubu Pam,who manipulated the Processes to continue in Office as the Chairman of Northern Christian Association Of Nigeria went recently to beg Kanu Agabi to drop the Case,so as to allow Paul Emeka’s Appeal to Succeed.
But this Blog can Authoritatively report that Rev Yakubu Pam met his Waterloo as Kanu Agabi(SAN) told him planely that he came for a wrong matter and a wrong Place.
Yakubu Pam has been the one running errands for Chief Paul Emeka due to their Evil Plan to Divide Assemblies Of God Nigeria into North and South where Yakubu Pam takes the North and Chief Paul Emeka takes the South.
Yakubu Pam has a very bad record Including encouraging Pastors to go after Married Women
It will be recalled that Chief Paul Emeka had sued Assemblies Of God Nigeria to Court claiming that the decision of the Church General Commitee on March 6th 2016 to Suspend Him was an Infringement of his Fundamental Human Rights.
In December 2014,Chief Paul Emeka secured a Judgement against the Church from an Enugu High Court,but the Court of Appeal set that Judgement aside on the 14th Day Of April 2015.
Chief Paul Emeka Dissatisfied with the Ruling of the Court Of Appeal,Appealed the Judgement at the Supreme Court .
The Court has fixed November 27th 2016 for Hearing
