Barely 48hours after it was Confirmed that the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami(SAN) on behalf of the Federal Government had taken over the Prosecution Of Chief Paul Emeka,a former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria, checks by PUO REPORTS has revealed the reason behind the action.

PUO REPORTS gathered that when on June 7th 2016,the Attorney General and Minister of Justice received a Complaint against the Former Inspector General Of Police Mr Solomon Arase by Barr Ifeanyi Nwaeze,Counsel to the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria, the details of the case confirmed that the Police had Compromised.

It was gathered that both the Fake Professorial Certificate Chief Paul Emeka purported to have acquired from the University Of Derby, the Letter from the University Of Derby saying they never awarded him any Certificate and the Court Order for the Police to Produce the outcome of their Investigation and arrest Chief Paul Emeka for Prosecution, were all attached in the Complaint.

It will be recalled that the Nigeria Police Force after concluding their Investigation, refused to Charge Chief Paul Emeka to Court due to manipulation by messers John Kennedy Okpara, former Secretary General of the Nigeria Pilgrim Commission,Pastor Ayo Orisetjafor,Former President of CAN and Mr Solomon Arase, former Inspector General of Police.

The Nigeria Police Force also refused to obey the Order by Justice Umar Yusuf Kagarko of the Upper Area Court sitting in Gudu which on the 4th of Febryary 2016 ordered for the Arrest of Chief Paul Emeka

The Attorney General Of the Federation,a man with track record of zero Tolerance to Impunity stated that the action of the Nigerian Police Force was not for the best interest of the Nigerian State and the Public.

In a Criminal Proceeding,an accused is expected to be in Court until the end of his Trial, but the Compromise by the Police, made Chief Paul Emeka to boast that he was too powerful.

Chief Paul Emeka risk 20years in Jail If Convicted.
