The Attorney General of the Federation and Minister Of Justice Mr Abubakar Malami has taken Over the Forgery Case of Chief Dr Paul Emeka and that is Final.
What this Means is that Whatever that has Happened at the Upper Area Court in Gudu where the Incorporated Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Instituted a Direct Criminal Complaint is now Null and Void.
The Upper Area Court is now at Liberty to Strike out the Matter.
The Prosecution of Paul Emeka will begin at a Federal High Court which will Read Federal Republic Of Nigeria Vs Paul Emeka
