A Cement Factory will be erected in Isiugwu Ohafia, Abia state, by a renowned businessman from India.
The processes for the establishment of the Cement Factory is set to kick-start as the traditional ruler of the Isiugwu community with his cabinet members as well as the Honorable Member representing Ohafia South State Constituency in Abia State House of Assembly Hon Ifeanyi Uchendu formally approve the investment and signed MOU with the industrialist on the 1st Of February 2017.
The investment amongst other things will improve the economic well-being and quality of life for the community by creating jobs.
The Isiugwu town people trooped out in numbers to grace the occasion at the village square.. And the Indian man with his colleagues was welcomed with Ohafia traditional attire joyfully presented by Ezieogo Isiugwu.
