The Chief Justice Of Nigeria Justice Walter Samuel Onoghen has vowed to Investigate the President Of Masters Enery Oil and Gas Dr Uche Ogah over an attempt he made to bribe some Supreme Court Judges in order to be made Abia State Governor.
The Chief Justice in his Ruling today on the Appeal filed by Dr Uche Ogah said the Appealant Failed to exhibit PDP Guideline.,Failed to prove his case at the trial Court stressing that Tax is deducted at source and Governor Okezie Ikpeazu was not the person that prepared the tax and cant be said to have forged his Tax.
The CJN queried why Four persons should be contesting for one seat in Abia State he advised politicians to be careful because the law MUST be relied upon to deliver judgement.
Speaking Further the Chief Justice revealed that Dr Uche Ogah Lawyers made several but failed attempt to bribe the Justices of the Supreme Court in order to get the Judgement on their side.
“Politicians must stay away from bribery” he cautioned
