Abia State House of Assembly has commenced the screening of Nominees sent to the Assembly by Governor Okezie Ikpeazu for the post of Commissioner.
A visit by PUO REPORTS to the Abia State House of Assembly on Monday morning confirmed the developments as most nominees were screened by the Abia State House of Assembly Screening Commitee headed by the Deputy Speaker Rt Hon Cosmos Ndukwe(Phd).
The Commitee Screening Included Certificates,Tax Clearance and other Sundry Qualifications which is vital before the Final Screening by the House Assembly Members at the Plenary.
It was gathered that the Final Screening of the Commissioners Nominees will hold on Wednesday 10th October 2017 by 10am at during plenary of the Abia State House of Assembly.
It will be recalled that Governor Okezie Ikpeazu last week sent a 24 Member Commissioner Nominees to the Abia State House of Assembly for Screening and Confirmation.
