The chairman of Isialangwa South Local Government Area, Chief Ifeanyi Isikaku has called on his supporters and the people of the LGA to remain claim and law abiding over the ruling against him.
Isikaku who remains the chairman of the council, said he will go on appeal
The Abia LGA Election Petition Tribunal had ordered a fresh election in the Isiala Ngwa South local government constituency after reviewing the matter instituted by Christian Okeri (APGA) against the winner of the election, Ifeanyi Isikaku of PDP.
The tribunal did not declare the APGA candidate winner of the election but rather called for a fresh election.
