Honorable Theophilus Ugboaja of Ikwuano State Constituency in Abia State House of Assembly defected to PDP today.
The Honorable member was one of those that decamped from APGA to APC during the recent rally of the party ON THE 9TH OF January in Umuahia the Abia State Capital.
According to him, he has reviewed that decision and decided to stand with Governor Okezie Ikpeazu who is delivering verifiable dividends of democracy.
