The All Progressives Congress in Cross River State chapter on Saturday elected Mr. Etim John as its new chairman.
John polled 56 votes to beat Dr. Mathew Achigbe, who got 36 votes, in the state congress conducted by a five-man screening/election committee led by Mohammed Indebawa.
