Abia State Government has directed that construction work at the proposed Etche Road Shopping Mall Aba be suspended immediately, pending the determination of the actual ownership of the land where the project is located.
According to a Statement by Chief John Okiyi Kalu the Commissioner For Information, This directive strictly affects the ongoing development of the shopping mall and any other construction activity at the disputed portion within Etche Road field Aba.
