Greetings to you Your Excellency the Executive Governor of Plateau

I write to bring to your attention the Judgment of the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017 on the Appeal filed by Rev Paul Emeka a Dismissed General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.

Sir in case you are not with a Copy of the Judgement, let me provide the Wordings of the APEX court on the Dismissed Appeal by Rev Paul Emeka

According to the Supreme Court “In the lead judgment by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, the apex court affirmed the decision of the Court of Appeal in Enugu which had upheld the suspension and dismissal of the appellant by the church

On Rev Paul Emeka’s Claim of alleged violation of his fair hearing by the church, the apex court held that the fundamental human right as enshrined in the Chapter Four of the 1999 constitution did not cover a head of church sacked and expelled by the church.

The apex court added that the right to be a member of a church was not a right recognised under the Chapter Four of the 1999 Constitution.

Justice Kekere-Ekun ruled, “Being a pastor, General Superintendent and member of a church is not a fundamental right as envisaged in the 1999 Constitution.

“The remedy for the removal of the appellant as a pastor, General Superintendent and a member of the respondent, does not fall within section 36 because the right to be a pastor is not a constitutional one.”

The Leadership of Assemblies Of God Nigeria with REV Dr Chidi Okoroafor as General Superintendent of Assemblies has offered an Olive Branch to those who took the Church to Court over this same Issue.

It is very Unfortunate that Rev Paul Emeka our Former Leader has made up his mind to wine and Dine with the Devil hence he has vowed not to Respect the Judgement of the Supreme Court.

It is also of importance that I let you know your Excellency that no Human has the Power to Interpret a Judgement of the Supreme Court including your Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice because he lacks the capacity to do So.

In Kaduna State,an Attorney General who attempted Interpreting the Judgement of the Supreme Court due to Manipulation by some Persons who has lost touch with Divinity has already Apologised to the Church and Retracted her Step.

Your Excellency am aware you are also a Beneficiary of the Benevolence  of the Supreme Court and it will be Disastrous for your Government to meddle into a Matter that has Decided by the Same Court

Rev Yakubu Pam, the man you appointed as Chairman of your State Pilgrims Board works with those who are fighting Assemblies Of God Nigeria, it is also a matter of Justice that you ignore all the recommendations he might have made for You concerning Assemblies Of God Church in Plateau State.

In Jos ,we have a Superintendent named Rev Jacob Langs who has the mandate of the General Council in that Area, any other person falls under his Leadership.

The Church is marching on and the gates of Hell shall not prevail.
