The Police Authorities has vowed to arrest a Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria Rev Paul Emeka as part of its efforts to recover all the Properties of Assemblies Of God Nigeria in his Possession.
A Police Source Confirmed the Development o PUO REPORTS following rumors that Rev Paul Emeka of the boasting of the Former General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria to secure a Court order from the Enugu High Court today against the Nigerian Police Force.
The Case against Rev Paul Emeka is criminal Conversion of the Properties of Assemblies Of God Nigeria to his own Personality Property which the Registered Trustees of Assemblies Of God Nigeria has vowed to recover.
Our Correspondent in Enugu also gathered that the Former General Superintendent has mobilized some Suspected Aguleri Cultist to gather at No 8 Link Road Independence Layout Enugu where he was billed to Address them.
But the Police authorities said such gathering wont be allowed to hold at the Official Residence of the General Superintendent of Assemblies Of God Nigeria.
It will be recalled that Rev Paul Emeka lost his Appeal against the Court of Appeal Judgement which upheld his Suspension and Dismissal by Assemblies Of God Nigeria at the Supreme Court on the 24th of February 2017
