The Rivers State Chapter of the All Progressive Congress has Confirmed the receipt of the Court Order Restraining the Party and its Officials from going ahead with Saturday’s Congress.
The court order was received by the State Legal Adviser, Barr Chinweikpe Chieme in company of the Deputy State Chairman of the party, Prince Peter Odike JP; Youth Leader, Dima Agiobudima and other members of the State executives at the APC State Secretariat in Port Harcourt this evening.
The party promised to uphold and obey the court order as a law abiding party.
